nomi is a personal app that helps you stay close to the people you care about. nomi is operated by Wild Orbit ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (nomi.wildorbit.co), why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

The short version. nomi is in development. Right now this site lets you register early interest. We collect your email address and the choices you make during sign-up. We never collect or process payment card details, and no payment is taken.

Wild Orbit is the data controller for the information collected here. We are not yet incorporated as a company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@wildorbit.co.

We do not collect or store any card numbers, bank details or payment information, and we do not take any payment.

5. Where your data is held & international transfers

Your email and sign-up choices are stored in the EU. Transfers between the UK and EU are covered by the UK's adequacy decision. If you consent to the Meta pixel, some data is transferred to Meta in the United States under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU–US/UK Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email and sign-up choices only as long as needed for this early-access programme — until nomi launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@wildorbit.co. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your choices.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as nomi develops. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
